1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using a Aerosim eSIM data plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Aerosim provides prepaid global eSIM data plans for use in supported countries. Plans are non-transferable and may only be used on the device to which the eSIM profile is installed. Data allowances, speeds, and coverage are subject to local network availability and fair-use policies.
3. Eligibility
To use Aerosim you must be at least 18 years of age and possess an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Activation & Validity
Your eSIM must be activated within 90 days of the date of purchase. Activation occurs when the eSIM profile is enabled on a device within a supported country. Once activated, the plan is valid for 30 days from the time of first activation. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.
5. Data Allowance
Plans include 2 GB of high-speed data per 24-hour period from the time of activation. Once the daily allowance is exhausted, data speeds may be reduced to 256 kbps for the remainder of that 24-hour period. The high-speed allowance renews automatically every 24 hours.
6. Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Aerosim reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.
7. Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided the eSIM has not been activated. Once the eSIM profile has been enabled, no refunds will be issued. Please see our Right of Withdrawal policy for your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aerosim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant plan.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
