    We collect: (a) Identity data: your full name; (b) Contact data: your email address and postal address including ZIP/postcode; (c) Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers; (d) Technical data: device type, IP address, and app usage information for service delivery and analytics.

    We use your data to: process and fulfil your order; deliver your eSIM profile and QR code by email; provide customer support; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, send you relevant product updates and offers.

    We process your data on the following bases: (a) Contract performance: to fulfil your order; (b) Legal obligation: where required by law; (c) Legitimate interest: for fraud prevention and service improvement; (d) Consent: for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

    We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Order records are typically retained for 7 years for tax purposes.

    We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: payment processors (to handle your transaction); network partners (to provision your eSIM); email service providers (to deliver your eSIM); and legal authorities where required by law.
